Do not start by sending documents
At first contact, the case type and your contact details are enough. If a document is required, we tell you which channel and stage to use.
Poland and cross-border cases
Location can change the available verification method. Nationality, residence and possession of a PESEL number are treated as separate facts.
When does the formal process start?
Only after the solution, conditions and required actions are confirmed. A call or message alone does not issue a certificate.
Can I obtain a signature without a PESEL number?
Not having PESEL does not by itself exclude SimplySign. We check the identity document, its validity and your target system’s requirements before choosing. Tell me what you need to do.
