- Your workflow
- Devices and applications
- A suitable choice
Describe your everyday work
Do you work at one office computer, move between locations or need to sign on your phone? List the two or three applications you use. This is a more useful starting point than the product’s appearance.
When to consider the cloud
SimplySign does not require a physical card or reader. When working on a computer, the mobile application helps authorise access to the certificate. You need Internet access and suitable applications. Mobile signing and computer signing are separate workflows worth trying individually.
When to consider a card
The certificate is accessed through a cryptographic card and compatible reader. Suitable computer software is also required. If you already own a kit, we first check whether it can continue to be used. Ask your IT team about software installation and the available USB ports.
Prepare for our conversation
Bring the operating system name, your working preferences, the application or portal name and whether you already have a signature. We choose after checking the intended use. Neither option replaces the permissions required by your target portal.
The solution and your next questions
Explore the solution and supportCloud or card — where should I start?
Start with your workflow and signing applications. The cloud needs suitable applications and Internet access; a card requires a compatible reader and software. I will help compare these requirements.
Can I obtain a signature without a PESEL number?
Not having PESEL does not by itself exclude SimplySign. We check the identity document, its validity and your target system’s requirements before choosing. Tell me what you need to do.
