When and how do you pay?

Who can pay after service?
Public institutions and Polish public benefit organisations (OPP) may request payment after service. Requests from other businesses are reviewed individually. I check the entity or previous cooperation and personally approve terms before accepting the order. This also applies to travel visits. We agree the payment deadline individually.
How do we check an entity?
OPP: matching legal name and identifier, plus formal KRS status. Public institution: REGON details and BIP or official register status. A customer declaration alone is insufficient. Ambiguous results are reviewed personally, with no automatic approval or refusal.
You pay the total including VAT from the accepted offer, including agreed travel costs. Net prices are primary. A contact preference does not reserve an appointment.
