Check the identity document and term
Not having PESEL does not by itself exclude SimplySign. Your identity document, its validity and the data required by the verification route still need checking. Compare the intended term against these requirements before ordering.
Confirm portal requirements
A certificate may identify you correctly while a portal requires a particular identifier or permissions. Mention S24, KRS or your business system before choosing.
Your first email
State your preferred language, intended use, whether you have PESEL and the type of identity document available. Do not send its number or scan at this stage. We will establish the next steps and appropriate data channel.
