HOW IT WORKS · OVERVIEW
  1. Valid or expired?
  2. The appropriate route
  3. Check after completion

Read the right date

Check the expiry date in your application or certificate details. The purchase date, software update date or last signed document is not a substitute. If several certificates appear, establish which one you use.

Your certificate is valid

Tell me whether you use SimplySign or a card. We check access and renewal requirements. Cloud renewal needs the active mobile application; card renewal requires suitable software and hardware. Choose the term and complete the process before expiry.

Your certificate has expired

A renewal code does not automatically restore an expired signature. We establish a route for a new certificate and whether the hardware can be reused. Describe any application error separately from the validity date.

Plan continuity

Do not leave the process until the day of an important submission. After completion, check the new certificate and try a non-sensitive file in your application. For a team, assign someone to track dates without sharing PINs or tokens.

Which terms are available for signature renewal?

SimplySign and card signature renewal offers 1, 2 or 3 years. You need a currently valid certificate and must complete the appropriate procedure.

What if my certificate has expired?

Contact me about a new certificate. Standard signature renewal requires an unexpired certificate. Buying a code alone does not restore an expired signature.

Keep the preparation checklist.
