Person or organisation?
This is the first distinction. A signature belongs to a person, a seal to an organisation, while a KSeF certificate is a KSeF system tool.
Permissions are separate
Owning a certificate does not itself grant authority to act for a company. Permissions must follow current KSeF rules.
QES scope
We help choose and launch a signature or seal and prepare access. ERP/API integration and accounting-software configuration remain with the relevant IT or accounting provider.
Does a seal replace a person’s signature?
A seal identifies an organisation and confirms a document’s origin and integrity. It does not replace a person’s signature where their declaration is required.
