- Organisation profile
- Identifier and seal
- EPREL verification
Start with the supplier profile
Establish whether the supplier is a legal or natural person. The European Commission describes separate routes. A legal person needs a seal carrying the data required by EPREL.
Check the NTR identifier
Current rules for new legal-person verifications require the appropriate national trade-register identifier, NTR, in the seal. Compare the organisation profile with the proposed certificate details. State the EPREL purpose before ordering.
Use the verification file
After profile preparation, the system provides a verification document. Check its data, apply the appropriate seal and complete the system process. Establish who administers the profile and who can use the seal.
Confirm organisational status
Successfully sealing a PDF is different from obtaining verified supplier status. Inspect EPREL’s result and retain evidence. For an earlier verification, check continuation requirements for its identifier rather than assuming it remains valid indefinitely.
